About Us

As a loving parent that cares deeply about their children you might find yourself asking if education at home would be a better alternative than sending your little ones off to public school. This is exactly where I was 26 years ago when our oldest child was six years old and ready to go off to school. In fact, I did put him into public school for a couple of weeks, but upon the first parent/teacher conference we could see that the best teacher our son could truly have was us, his parents. At that point in time we pulled him out of school and the rest is history.

We ended up having a large family (eight children), and we've homeschooled every one of them. I'm so glad we made that decision. I have been blessed to see and be involved in every stage of their development. Because of that I have a very tight bond and a great relationship with each of them.

I began homeschooling with the Moores' books. I received insights and direction that put me on the right path for our homeschooling journey.
